My name is Rob Nyland and I want to welcome you to Video Tech Ed. I live in Kirkland, WA where I teach video production and editing at Lake Washington Technical College. I am so grateful for the opportunity to teach about video to my students, and it is something that I am constantly striving to become better at. My reason for starting this blog, is that I am constantly in search of lesson plans, and other resources that will help my students learn the video arts. I want this site to be a place where teachers in the video arts at all grade levels can gather to share tips and tricks that that they have gathered over the years.
